To provide the best experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy: 📅 Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 💳 Late Cancellations Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. 🚫 No-Shows Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service. ⏰ Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 10–15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or adjust your service to fit the remaining time. 💵 Deposits Some services may require a non-refundable deposit that will go toward your appointment total. We understand that life happens—please communicate with us as soon as possible so we can accommodate everyone fairly. 💕
